Another Mini Book

By Trisha's Tidbits | Apr 2, 2008

Sorry, I know I’ve been totally slacking on my blog! Well, today I wanted to share with you another mini book I made. This one is the Stampin’ Up On Board Bitty Book. I made one of these for my mom for Christmas, but this one is a birthday present for my aunt. She really liked the one I made my mom for Christmas and jokingly asked if she was going to get one too. I decided to make her one and send it to her as a surprise for her birthday!

I used the Ginger Blossom DS paper and my Sale-a-bration stamp set for this project. Decorating this album was actually pretty simple once I took all the measurements. Then, I just cut the paper and adhered it with Modge Podge. After that, it was ready to decorate and embellish.

I didn’t really do anything fancy to the pages, but add a few flower punches. Most of the other pages I didn’t decorate since the photo took up almost the entire page.

Thanks for checking in and have a great one!

Birthday Mini Book

**Edit to Post**
I’ve added some more pics of my mini book. Hope you like them!

I just wanted to share with you a mini album I made for my sister in law for her 16th birthday party. I used the Dirty Laundry patterned paper from Keeping Memories Alive, a bunch of prima flowers and tape, the owl stamps from Sassafras Lass, and the Stampin’ Up Three Flower Punch. I’m going to send this album to her as a surprise so I hope she likes it!

The weather is really nice here in SoCal right now so I’m looking forward to a great weekend!

Can You Feel The Holiday Rush?

By Trisha's Tidbits | Dec 20, 2007

It’s been a busy week for me so far as I’m sure it’s been for everyone else! Christmas is less than a week away and I’m sure we’re all feeling the rush!

Here’s a page I did from my trip to Disneyland this past summer. It’s about getting soaked on Splash Mountain. I’ve been to Disneyland probably over 20 times, but the time I went this summer was the first time I rode Splash Mountain. I don’t like those long drops! I also don’t like getting that roller coaster water on me either. I guess with those rides, either the water totally gets you or totally misses you. Well, a huge splash of water got us after the drop and we were totally soaked! The dip wasn’t THAT bad, either, but I’m not sure if it’s my first choice ride though!

Supplies: CS: Stampin’ Up, Patterned Paper: SU Petals & Paisleys, KMA Dirty Laundry, Chipboard Alphabet by Heidi Swapp, SU 1/2″ circle. star, and photo corner punches
